Summary: the main reason i booked here was it was advertised you had a restaurant . It did not I took pictures of a blanket on the bed it had 5 cigarette burn holes at the blanket. I showed the desk attendent she made a note of it and said she would tell the manager and they would contact me They never did I am very dissapointed in the customer service

Summary: The staff was wonderful m, the hotel was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very good, but the coffee was weak. The only disappointments were that we specifically booked this hotel because it had a bar and grill on site. We were looking forward to coming back to the hotel for dinner and drinks after our event. We weren’t told, nor was there any information online that the grill was closed due to not having a chef on staff. We were very disappointed but adapted by going to the local diner for dinner and figured we just have drinks back at the hotel after. When we returned we found out that the bartender was a no show/no call and there was no other staff to run the bar so it was closed. Having specifically booking this hotel because of the food/bar on site, it was extremely disappointing that neither was available for our stay! The staff was very apologetic and disappointed themselves but there wasn’t anything they could do to fix the situation.
